How long will it take for my product to be processed?

  • The standard processing time for each item is roughly 2 - 3 business days. If you need your product shipped out faster please feel free to reach out to us and we will see how we can accommodate your request.

How long does shipping take?

  • This is determined by the shipping service that you choose at checkout. Once shipped please allow for at least 1 to 4 weeks for your package to arrive. This is due to the current delays the mail services are experiencing. If you need your product by a specific date then please pay attention to the shipping service you select. Please feel free to reach out to me if you are aiming for a specific date and I will do my best to help you achieve that goal.

Do you ship products worldwide?

  • Currently 21 Moons only send physical products within the United States. Please sign up for our mailing list to be the first to know when we start shipping out our products internationally.
  • Digital products can be purchased by anyone as they are digital downloads and do not need to be shipped.

How will my item be packaged?

  • Each item is shipped in the most appropriate packaging we have available.
    • Glass, fragile and multiple items are usually shipped in a cardboard box. These boxes are packed tightly with paper and tissue to help prevent breakage in transit.
    • Scrunchies, tote bags, and softer less fragile items are shipped in a poly mailer.
    • Stickers and any flat paper like products are shipped in a firm cardboard envelope. Each product will be reinforced with cardboard or yardstick to make sure there is limited bend or movement in the envelope.
  • We want to ensure that all of your purchases make it to you in one piece and ready for your to enjoy right out of the package.
How do I download my Digital Product?
  • Digital products are sent via email. You should receive a digital download link within a few minutes of completing your purchase. There will also be a "Download Now" button on the order confirmation screen for your purchase.
  • Please make sure to check the "Spam" and "Promotions" sections of your email if you do not see the download within 10 minutes of your purchase. If you have any trouble please feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

Can I cancel my order?

  • As long as the order has not shipped and is not a personalised item that I have started, you may request an order cancellation. Please contact me as soon as possible if you would like to cancel.


RETURN POLICY:

We do not accept returns but if you have an issue with your purchase or are unhappy with the product please feel free to reach out to me so I can do my best to resolve the issue. We aim to leave you with a pleasant experience and an amazing product you are in love with.

No returns for custom, personalized or digital products will be accepted.
